How to conserve Pagerank after mod rewrite?

    Hello,

    I'm planning to change my URLs from this format:

    www.mydomain.com/?id=12345&title=page+title

    to

    www.mydomain.com/page_title

    I learned how to do that with .htaccess, but the problem is I've been link building for the previous URL format. Now, if I change the URL pattern, Google will see it as a new page and start with PR0.


    How can I "transfer" possible PR to new urls? (pages will remain the same)

    Any help greatly appreciated.
