i applied for adsense two days ago with my new domain. today i got an email frm adsense that -

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.
    Issues:
    - Domain ownership not evident
    Further detail:

Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your
ownership of the site you've submitted. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Access the source code of www.world4free.in.
    2. Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my
ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program
    policies and Terms and Conditions."
    3. Resubmit the application as described below after replacing
www.world4free.in in the 'Website URL' with the URL of the page where you
    have pasted the snippet.

But now i m not able to login with the email i provided with d application, and when i m trying to sign up with new ac with the email id, they says there is an adsense is already associated with the email id you provided....

    Now What should I do??

It's easy, just follow the steps that google provided. You have to create one special page to confirm that you are the website's owner. The page will have the following text: "This post confirms my ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense program policies and Terms and Conditions." After you have finished it then repost your the URL of the page where you have pasted the text. Google will review it immediately and approve it.

the ops problem is for some reaso he can not re apply using his original email address as for some reason he has lost access / password. I'd suggest he contact the email provider to get access to his email account then he can re-apply and confirm ownership of his domain.

Yes, you can use your domain's email id again in adsense. As you said you are not allowed to login in gmail id. See your gamil id may be used in orkut, facebook, or for any other site sign up which Google detects. I will recommend you go with new gamil id or your domain id to create google adsense a/c.

The problem is already solved in what you write. Get someone to translate it into your language if you do not understand English...
