    when i create an account in whm. then ftp info for site to the account i get an 500 error..what can cause that.. i do have cpanel

    Then that's server issue not you. Contact your host for that.

    Could be your code that causing a 500 error, or could be strictly on the server side.

    check your file permission if 777 make it 755
