How to compose HTML newsletter

    Use Outlook to compose your newsletter, you can copy and paste your code there.

    checkout hotscripts.com - there are lots of newsletter scripts on there you can use for free. or as tomred said, you can use outlook but you then manually have to manage your list. id recommend you have an automated system from hotscripts.com.
