I don't explaine myself how can some website to have over 250 000 inlinks and not to have more ads on it?! Also this is my competitor, I have 200 inlinks, but I am on the third page or even second page on some important keyowrds It's about free css templates, how can I beat him?
You need to start building some links with some very high PR websites, article directories, social bookmarking sites...etc. There is a software out there called the bookdemon that sends multiple post to social bookmarking sites Like Digg. You can also make post to Advertising sites like craigslist that get index.... But 250000 is going to take a lot of work, you may not top it...maybe you can make the first page.
just keep working at it and don't get scared off by your competition, you never know what google is going to do and maybe you will be #1 in a month.

Could be that he has a links in all the free css templates he gives out, lets say he has 100 templates each DLed and used 1000 times, thats ermm 100,000 back links right there. You get the idea.
