If i hired someone to make a clone for me and he finished it. I also asked him to change the code so it is not the same code. How can i check so the code is really changed. Off course i can use notepad to manual check but what other program can i use to check the code automatic?

Kompare is fantastic. If you're using a Microsoft Windows or MacOS, you can boot Linux in a window without restarting your computer using VirtualBox or Wubi. That's your wonderful, free, legal option. Couldn't help you by recommending commercial software.

If you just want to check certain pages, you can use quickdiff dot com to copy and paste each page new old and it'll show you the differences between the two.
