In case anyone out there runs into problems with another person stealing their content, I've found a good solution to combat the blog who is reposting your original content. This is soo awesome... revenge can now be yours!
I don't think this will stop them. They're just looking for filler content anyway. Your non-sensical blurb will probably still get some targeted ads from Adsense, such as ads about monkeys or underwear. They'll probably even get a decent CTR because the writing on that blurb is so confusing that visitors will be looking for an exit from the site. These idiots usually have thousands of splogs. It's not like it's their personal blog and you're going to ruin their reputation.
Has anyone tried what happens with the "Read More" link. If you change the page structure, does anyone subscribing to your feed get the entire article. Or does he get the part above the Read More link and you get a free backlink as well.
Pretty funny I've been working on dealing with splogs and wrote some stuff too. I think my best was http://internetmarketingsucks.com/b...logs-or-anyone-stealing-your-content-via-rss/.
True, but at least they aren't duplicating my content... which is definitely something i don't want... and, it's kinda fun
