How to collect the users emails ? Wordpress

Is there a way to collect the users emails who signed up on my wordpress blog ?

Just use feedbburner's email subscription code.

 

I use Feedburner also. Easy set up - just need to open an account and add the email sign up link to your blog.

 

If you mean a newsletter for your opt in needs, try out this plugin called WP-Opt In.

 

I used feedburner, but I want to send only specific posts not all. Is there any solution for blogger platform?

You've got a couple of choices: free plugins, or commercial plugins.

FREE: Email Users | WP PHP List (you use this with the open source mailing list software, PHP List, and you can build a very powerful mail program if you take the time to learn it)

PAID: I wrote an article comparing two WordPress newsletter plugins. They are both commercial software, and I now like the one by Tribulant better (read the article here). I mention these, because they will help you send only selected posts.
