How to collect input from user using html form

i NEED some help.

How can i make a form on html page. Which collect information from used via email or any other method.

 

You can design only with html.For action you need scripting.Try php.There are many scripts available for free.

 

or try something like bravenet for a free email form tool

use that if you are not sure how to code with scripting
