I have website for affiliates, that fully repeat main website but have other domain. As I afraid google can penalize my main website, I decided to close for indexation affiliate's copy. I wrote instructions in robots.txt and paste tags noindex, nofollow. But while last searching, I found that Google indexed 7 pages with affiliate id urls and he knows about main page. I'd like to know what else should I do for full closing from SE bots?
    Thanks.

Are you talking about the store in your sig? I don't believe I would be too worried about it. I've seen competitors directly copy my store pages, whether trying to get my site a dupe penalty or what, and google just disregarded it. That is just my observation. My best guess would be that Google is going to recognize the pages with affiliate strings as the dupe content and not the main pages of your site. Others may chime in with a different view of the situation.

Yes in my sig is main page and this is what Google see. I think he shows only URLs but content is not indexed.
