i sell excel templates that are custom made for people, however im having a hard time showing exactly waht it is that i offer and as such am getting a very high drop rate and low contact rate. any ideas on how i can get my content fixed so its more clear, where i can go or hire? thanks

Without seeing the site, no one can even guess.

Like the poster above stated, it's hard to give feedback with barely any information.

Generally when I see comments about "high drop rates", I've found that the site is way to complicated, the term "Keep it simple, stupid" usually applies very much. Example: How many clicks does a potential customer have to make to finally buy a product of yours?

Keep it simple, have images of some of your products.
