For selection of the Title of your website please check out the keyword competition, monthly searches. Then check out that how properly set out or map out that keyword within the content of the page. After that place out your targeted keyword or key phrases within the title tag with the amount of 60 characters maximum.

I have read you want the <H1> (first heading) to have your title somewhere in it. I think the closer the better. I usually do Keyword Phrase- Whatever Title I want. I would put it in your <H2> (second) headings as well.

Try to get a nice URL that goes well with the title - for example: www maltacardealer com - Title: Malta Car Dealer <H1> Malta Used Cars Dealer, etc.......

Normally first keywords should appear in first para of your web page. Even in title and H1 tag can be your primary keyword.
