How to choose the best suitable keywords traking tool in certain country

    I just want to know a keyword's ranking both in one country like America or like England, or in other country like Russia,
    And I know that the ranking was not the same, such as the ranking in America google.com, its position is 5, but has no ranking in UK GOOGLE.CO.UK
    So is there a good tool that can give out the position in different countries once checking!
