    Market Samurai is very good. It has a small price tag, but you buy it once then own it (no subscription). It integrates several tools into one place. It's a nice little tool for building targeted keyword lists and getting an idea of what the keywords are worth and how competitive they are.

    Don't forget once you have a decent keyword list do a google search and inspect the AdWords ads. How many are there? What kind of landing pages do they have? What products/services are they promoting? No ads can sometimes signify there isn't much value in that keyword.

    I used googles adwords keyword tool to examine the content of my homepage, they only returned non smoking phrases in the results window.

    The thing is, my site is based around other things on the homepage and those other things are not found, my site might aswell be just none smoking, any suggestions as to why this is happening.

    you must use triple key phrase to dominate the term in searcch... Google like density....... lol things like none smoking in house...
