I find there are much difference of the keywords between google and yahoo, my some long keywords have good position on yahoo, and carry much traffic, but low traffic from google, and also lower position.
How to choose and decide good keywords on yahoo?

I prefer to not focus exclusively on one search engine. You're best off balancing your strategies to try to get traffic from multiple sources.

For keyword research use a few different techniques: wordtracker, google adwords keyword tool, etc. Of course you can also think up keyword phrases yourself or with the help of co-workers.

Try to keep adding more content focused on different keywords. Eventually you'll discover some good phrases that you may not have even thought of.

Another strategy is to monitor your analytics to see how people got to your website. You may be optimized for phrase A, but phrase B may also be giving you traffic to the same page without you even knowing.

Also you can focus on only one keyword of specific theme and optimize your site for it...you will get all your traffic form specific niche

I doubt you can figure out how to fit the keyword for Yahoo/Google. There are so many other factors which overcomes keyword in the title. I simply chose keywords according to keyword suggestion tools searh volume.
