Go to "View" on your taskbar on your IE, click on "Source Code", then in the source code do a find under "nofollow". I've looked at signatures and other comments first to see what words they are targetting and used that in the find as you could be going through each and every link on that page before confirming the nofollow or dofollow attribute.

Install quirk search status addon on your browser and go to the comment page and enable highlight no follow in this add on. If it is highlighted, it is no follow.

You must look at the source code. Then find your link in HTML. They will show in the code of your link whether it is Dofollow or Nofollow.

You can check from the code source of the page. IF you found nofollow tag in the source then it gives nofollow links...

    All complicated solutions.

There are simple add-ons for browsers that highlight which links are nofollow and which aren't. There's no need to view the source of every web page you visit; that would take forever.

There is many extensions what highlights you the nofollow / dofollow links; here is my favorite one:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nodofollow/
and it takes 3 clicks to install it.

Download something like SEOQuake for your browser, or one of many similar browser apps, which will highlight which links on any site are nofollow.

I was going to suggest the same thing. There are also a number of Firefox, Chrome, and Opera plugins that will do this for you.
