How to check which sites are better to buy links from?

    Okay, imagine this:

    SiteA is a PR4 site.

    SiteB is also a PR4 site.

    The owners are selling links on those sites for $10/month.

    Which site do you choose? SiteA or SiteB? Apart from PR4, what other factors determine which site is better to buy links on?
