Xenu Link Sleuth- this tool can actually check both the outbound and inbound links of a certain website Googlewhacked- although this cant show the results of the links on the external sites you are or might be linking as for the inbound links you can use dead-links.com- that can give separate results for the external links or SEO Qauke although some events happen where you internet connection slows down moreover you can use Link Diagnosis for checking the other link competition
