    Typically, you would want to use a tool dealing with backlinks research, like https://ahrefs.com However, more and more SEO services platforms are offering some backlinks exploration utilities as well..

    Ahrefs.com, Moz.com, Majestic SEO, or digging around by hand.

    Ahrefs and Moz let you do a few queries for free, so I'd check them out first.
