How to check the value of website

    Hey experts!

    I am sorry if this is the wrong board to post this thread but I didn't find any other board to post my question. I need to know the best website where we can evaluate our website and know the price of our website.

    A site can be worth 6 months - 10 years worth of profit. I don't think there are too many sites will really give you a good idea what it's worth because there are so many factors such as; how long the site has been earning, if it's a brand, the traffic ( SEO, direct, PPC / bought).

    You might want to try to hit up one of the brokers and ask their opinion on it .

    Website valuation depends of traffic and revenue.
    There are many other smaller factors involved such as website age, historical data, website size, revenue source, diversity, how hard it is to manage and so on.

    The most important thing still remains - traffic and revenue. We need more information to give accurate valuation.

    If your website has no revenue then the best bet can be sites like http://mcjonline.com/ and others to give some estimated value. These doesn't provide accurate or trustful information but at least you will have at least some backup.
