How to check the transaction details if I have the transaction ID of the payment .

    I have received email from my client and he says that he paid me $xxx via echeck but I can't see any payment in my paypal account . He sent me the transaction ID of the payment sent but I don't know how to check the authenticity of that transaction ID . Can someone give me the link where I can put that number and get the details about the paypal payment ?

    Well, if it is an echeck payment then it will take 4-5 days to be cleared but it should show on your paypal account with RED flag marked. You can do the following thing.

    1. Login to your account > click on PAYMENT RECEIVED TAB and look for that particular transaction.

    OR

    Login to your paypal > Click on History > Advance search > insert the transaction id and select the TRANSACTION option from the drop down menu and hit search.

    I am sure you will get the payment details.
