Hello all, I think that this is the right place to post this - but if any admins disagree, feel free to transfer it elsewhere. I have a big site and I am trying to figure out how to track its rankings for all the related keywords. I have a list of over 2k keywords and I would like to track if and where the site ranks within the first 500 results (in the US). There are a few apps to do this, but many of them get a temp-ban from Google and others only check 100 or 200 results deep. Let me know if you can think of a way to do this. Thanks in advance.
Hi, There are many present many software in which you can import the keyword list and then run a ranking check on them. I think RankValue might be useful to you for this purpose.
There are many applications for that - but not many that would check 500 results deep and for over 2k keywords without getting a temporary IP ban from Google. If you know of any please recommend them.
I am also not aware of any such software which can do this search of ranking of 2k keywords at a time..!! I am right now using CuteRank Software to check the rankings of my website which is having only few keywords only..!!
I use the Rank Checker tool from SEOBook. There I only need to put in the keywords and then it will run searching for ranks of the keywords you had put into. It takes time but at least it helps you search for the ranks of those keywords.
Guys - thanks for your suggestions, but I have used both CuteRank and Rank Checker and both of them are not able to check that amount of keywords. Try it and see for yourselves... Anybody else?
This may not be possible I'm just taking a guess but what If you Break keywords In sections of whatever the maximum allowed inserted on each site and run each bunch with your URL on a few of the top tool Sites. May be a little Inconvenient, but as I stated I'm just trying to offer an alternative.
link-assistant's SEO Powersuite is good collection of tools and one of them is Rank checker that I am using that is great and I am saving my lot's of time work on this..
If I am not mistaken, the limit imposed by Google APIs is tiny... right? I think it's 100 queries.. I don't even see the point in having an API with such low limits.
Hi. Do you put in all the 2k keywords at the same time? I guess you really wont get the results so far. What's best is to patiently put around 100-200 keywords for every checking until you finished checking all those 2k keywords. Patience pays the effort sometimes.
