Goto Mozilla Firefox > Tools > Addons > Get Addons (search "Density") > Install Swoosty SEO Tool

That's it, now you can see Google PR & Alexa Traffic of every site at the bottom right or at the top left of your screen.

    Enjoy!

Google Toolbar does that work, too.

is there a decent PR predicting tool out there? something that can estimate the current PR of a site or page rather than just the published PR number that G publishes and updates every few months? It doesn't need to be exact, but I'm pretty tired of relying on PR figures that could be months out of date!

I've never heard anything about PR prediction. PR is not a weather, it is a code which cannot be predicted if you don't know how it works.
As far as I know all tools shows PR in a real time so there's nothing to worry about.

"real time" is a pretty relative term. Google only updates the toolbar every few moths, so whatever your PR is at that point is what shows up until the next update. For example your PR1 site may actually be PR3 now, but it'll still show PR1 until G decides to publish an update. Given that update happen so infrequently I was looking for something more timely.

Agree. I think it would be nice to have a tool that shows all current PR changes on the page. It would give you serious advantage in linkbuilding. But I think such a tool is one of that "I wish I had a magic stick" stuff.
But if I'm wrong and you'll find something, update me, plx.

For checking page rank of individual pages, you can go to site prcheck.com and input the web address of the url for which you are checking page rank and then it produces the pagerank in detail for the corresponding page.

Install Seoquake Plugin to your firefox

There is an option of "Check/Compare URLs" in SEOquake toolbar

You can list hundreds or thousands of URL to get it's PR in one click.
