One very good point made by a reviewer, sidvizioso, is: I use it anyway, but there may be some out there that wouldn't, for this reason. Pays to know what you're installing.

Yups the Chrome feature is great, I've been using chrome for about six months now and I haven't looked back... Everytime I want to look under the hood of sites I just right-click and inspect elements. It's an easy way to determine rel=nofollow link
I think search status in one of the best plugin for finding no follow links & i dont think that any other way would be effective.
If you are using firefox you can get no follow add ons which can help you find no follow or do follow. try it in google no-follow firefox add on
