    you can use different seo tools for your browser. e.g., SEOquake for Chrome shows that you have 75 internal links (3 nofollow) and 31 external links (13 nofollow). but different tools show varied results.

    actual format is manual checking is that. like: link:http://www.domain.com check in google, yahoo etc there it showing all links.
