find a failry unique title or phrase on your site and search for it on google - quick and easy way to see if you have been de-indexed...

Why you can't just put your url to goole if you want to see if your sites is de-indexed.

The easiest way to determine your blog banned is no result for your blog/website in search engine. That what I'm doing to check the status of my website.

Just type in the name of the URL/name of the website. It should be enough to find out.

Just search site:yourdomain.com in google, you will get the indexed pages of your web site in Google. There should be no connection between Google adsense ban and site indexing.
