How to check if my site is listed in dmoz

    Alexa says that my site is listed in dmoz. how do i confirm it. Is there a way to check whether my site is listed in dmoz or not

    Loco.M is right, just type in your site's URL/name in the search field.

    If you use DMOZ internal search then omit the -http:///www and search only on the domain name itself.

    HI All web masters
    :D my site is listed in Dmoz in::
    Shopping > Ethnic and Regional > Asian > Indian my site's pagr rank is 5 and the categories rank in which i submitted (as above) is 3, i wanna change my category, plz tell me how it will be done? how much time it will be taken?changing category creates any problem for my site?and plz tell me other aspects for it...
    i wanna update category in
    Business: Consumer Goods and Services: Crafts or
    Business: Consumer Goods and Services: Crafts: Handicrafts

    and plz tell me about title , it is compulsery that use only domain name in title.can we use our target keywords.:cool:

    if you find the search tool bar fill your URL if it in DMOZ list then it will appear you site otherwise your site not listed on it.

    DMOZ updates its search periodically ... hence you might be listed yet the search function might be unable to find your listing as yet... once they do an update you'll appear in the results. Best way is to locate the specific page you originally submitted to!

    As I said to you before, it aint listed and IMO, as a DMOZ editor, I wouldn't list it.

    I'd personally trust that answer...

    However, had that answer not been given, and as this thread is 44 days old, on the off chance that the internal search on dmoz has not been updated you could check Alexa's directory. They update their site once a month at least, and from what I can tell they update their search with every download of the data.

    *shrug*
