I am using the SEO for firefox...if not, just view the page source and search for "nofollow". if its not there, means its a dofollow...
as has been mentioned before... just highlight someone's 'name' link in their comment, and see if it has a nofollow tag in it or not by viewing the source
We also use seoquake to help with the research for the list of do follow blogs we have been compiling and sharing with the community. Some blogs do require you to comment a minimum amount of times before you will actually see your post on the site. There is usually a comment policy link in area where you make the comment.
i use visual PR checker from Iwebtool.com that way i get 2 in 1. i get to check the PR i'm posting in and whether its dofollow or not. http://www.iwebtool.com/visual_pagerank
This question have been asked so many times in Digital point. I hope this detailed article help you guys http://bit.ly/dreZ0s
If you using firefox you can use searchstatus or nodofollow plugins. I use both and they are pretty handy..
The FF plugins mentioned earlier in this thread are great, but they are not fool-proof. A webmaster can "nofollow" the links without having to add rel="nofollow" to the html code of the link. For instance, the webmaster can add a meta robots tag and add nofollow to it. Which means that all the links on this page are nofollow.
Go in Page source of the page. check the anchor link. If rel=nofollow in anchor tag then it is it is a No Follow Blog and rel=follow or rel attribute has not been given then it is a Do Follow blog.
IS there a online tool for this where i can put a URL webpage and than tell me if the links are dofollow or not?
