how to check if adwords coupon is valid or invalid?

    i have sold a coupon for 100$ from google adwords to someone and he
    said that is invalid,he sent a screen shot to my email

    and i need to know is there a way for me to check it to make sure what it say?

    provide a link or a guide how to check!

    i have notice in his screen shot that he put the code like this:

    xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx

    instead of this : xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx and i guess thats why he gets this error...

    so please let me know,
