How to check if a person has a verified PayPal account:

Figured I'd share this since I didn't know it was possible. You can check if you are dealing with a verified PayPal user prior to sending a payment here (login to PayPal first):
https://www.paypal.com/us/verified/pal=email

Replace email in the URL with the sellers paypal address.

u can just select send payment, and on the confirmation page, u can see if they are usa verified, non usa verified, or not verified

It's still accessible but impossible to figure out for an individual user.
