I agree that yahoo site explorer is the best. You can also try backlink watch.

open yahoo site explorer and type your URL. Apart from it on yahoo search engine query interface just type linkdomain: and your url after it.
To see links that have been counted by google, you may use google webmaster tool.
Seo quake will not show you actual google links

Use yahoo site explorer. It's faster than back link watch. Great free tool to spy on your competitors links. You can use his back links this way.

For your own site; I would suggest Google webmaster tools. For other sites, I would suggest Yahoo SiteExplorer & Backlinkwatch.

-Yahoo site explorer is perfect to review less than 1000 backlink details.
-Same is the functionality of BackLinkWatch.com which is also good.
-SEOQUAKE, shows the same results that we can see directly through Yahoo, (may be I do not know how to see the SEOQUAKE's personal data record).

Is there any other back link tool that can show more than 1000 backlinks data.

try this link:yourdomainname.com on search engine like google bing yahoo. For example I have blog freshtutorial.com to check my back link i got to google and type. link:freshtutorial.com or in yahoo or in bing. The procedure is the same. Note the result may be different.
