You want to see if somebody has copied content from your website and published it on his website, using a search engine?

Copy various sections from various articles at your site (one at a time), and paste them in Google. Then search, look at the search results and you can see if any other websites have published/copied your article.

You can use articlechecker.com or copyscape.com to check if content is unique or not

I personally use this method and find it more efficient. But copyscape is the other choice.

You can't stop people from copying, but G will know that you're the original one according to the age of the article/page.

Copyscape is free and it is good. You can avail their premium service as well.
It is really good if you are very serious about plagiarism..

I'm using copyscape for my site. It works just fine. Best of all its free for all. You would not have to upgrade to premium the basic membership has most of the features you'd ever need.

Use copyscape as well as copy your content few lines & search in Google. You will come to know if your content is copied(if the page is cached).
