    Yes you can do entering url in www.backlinkwatch.com or install seo quake plugin both are good else do some manuall analysis on the compititor sites.

    for this, you can find two best tools available online, SEO BOOK and SEO QUAKE you can install them but remember these tool bars only work with fire fox.

    These are the most popular sites which are mainly use to check backlinks or you put link:site name in the google to find backlinks of the site.

    Backlinkwatch.com is very good for checking the back links of any site. Simply paste the URL of the competitior and then press ok button. It will show the information like PR , OBL of each back links site.
