    You can check competitor's traffic on compete(dot)com. But compete don't show results for all website, hope you will find something on that.

    You can use alexa.com, trafficestimate.com and checksitetraffic.com to find competitor's traffic.

    No one tool can tell exact competitor traffic, only around figure can be known....

    Try compete.com. It has both free and pro versions. The second option is reverseinternet.net, They are amazing!

    No any way we can find traffic of other web site. Through the other way we can just estimate traffic accept the Google Analytics.

    When using alexa you can first check your site to see what they report as uplinks and downlink sites. This will give you a good idea of how accurate they are. For instance on my site there are some sites that visitors were at before mine that I do get traffic from and some that don't. Anyway once you get the feel for which ones are actually the traffic sources they can be a useful tool.
