How to Check Banned Domains? Help Plz

    Hi,

    How we can check if a domain name is banned or not? I am considering to register an old domain that is available now (don't know why they have not renewed it again). I don't know whether this is a penalized or banned domain.

    Please advise how we can check if this is a penalized/banned domain?

    Searching the domain name in google and archive.org will give you some idea about this.

    Typically search in Google would help you to figure out if domain has been banned. Google would not index pages of any site that has been banned.

    NO thats not true....

    Google search engine has different algorithm

    Though a site gets banned from ADSENSE. It still indexes regularly

    After the whois information changes and you put good content, submit it to google ,then they should remove the ban...you might have to wait a little longer...few months...
