    yahoo site explorer is one of the best but unfortunately it was closed, so just use backlinkwatch

    I use Market Samurai's backlink analysis tool (one of the many tools it has), it gives me all the links and even the PR of the sites where they come from. You must buy the softare but it's totally worth the cost.

    backlinkwatch is a good backlink checker tool, besides of giving you backlink details it gives you anchors also on which backlinks are taken.

    Market Samurai has a very good tool, you can check by PR and/or Anchor text.
    But I dont know if it is included in the free version, sry.
