    But alexa.com id provide only cached links and other tools shows all links (dofollow, nofollow, cached or not)

    If you want to check Google links then type in search bar "link:yourdomain". These links are very important for Google PR and keywords Ranking.

    Google webmaster tools is best way to check back link of the website. And second tool is backlinkwatch.com a good result of this.

    Some of the good tools mentioned above but all have some limitations.I think the best over view you can have via Ahref.If you want to find better link opportunities of your competitor use OSE.Backlinkswatch a little historic but gives you a good report up to 1k backlinks.Majestic SEO is perfect to know either the links you are creating are relevant are not.The Linear Graph will explain how relevant your backlinks and at what times you are generating them.The Scatter diagram is quite cool.

    Alexa Backlink is a helpful tools for checking unique backlinks. Some backlink checker doesn't provide unique backlink information. So you could try in alexa.com, thanks.

    I normally use ahrefs.com to check the back links.it shows us full history of back links generated whether it may be do follow or no follow.
