There is no specific tool tat can do this... the only thing is to use yahoo exploerer and to count the links form certain site.

 

as chimeara said backlinkwach is the best tool to check the BL, which list all the Bl by one query

 

Dont waste too much time with watching them. Worry more about getting more traffic.

if you talk about google then through google analytics you can know all the links to your website........

I do not use PPC so I've never used GA....only GWT.
