    you can use google webmaster tool or just type URL in google to check backlinks and another is backlinkwatch.com.

    It is advisable to register with Google Webmaster Tool. It gives all information about your page/s visibility on Google and from where you are getting traffic.

    Google doesn't divulge all the backlinks (Google Webmaster Tools divulges some but not all), Yahoo Site Explorer on the other hand shows a lot more inks
