how to check an IP adress of a site and if i have that ip address then how will i come to know that site's name or its location. Well here is that ip address : 202.182.101.101 Recently i have noticed that someone is trying to pull database from one of my site and that guy used my 90% of bandwith. Is there also any way to ban that site's Ip address from CPANEL.

In cPanel there is an IP Deny Manage which does just that (not sure if it is standard in all cPanel installs).

lol That is default content when you check using whois.sc. What you can understand is its a person using It System Management Pty Ltd, of brisbane, australia tried to take your DB. It means there is no website in that IP address. You can't get more than that. If you want more information, you might need to contact It System Management Pty Ltd. ( I have no idea ) Regards, Tuning
If I install apache here on my machine locally and grab your site, I have an IP address but no website. That's what Tuning meant. Only way to further investigate is to contact that company.
I tend to use www.ripe.net but unless they operate from a fixed i.p address i.e. a firm that won't be much help. Sry
