How do you charge clients if you've used a theme from something like themeforest or elegantthemes? Do you tell the client the theme isn't unique? What if they stumble upon a site that used the same theme? How do you charge them? Just the flat $40 (I would assume not since most of them don't know where to find such a nice theme) Please give your insights.
