    Just replace the logo file in your Wordpress theme's folder with your own logo file.

    The original logo is in php and not an image so I don't know how to do it...

    Look for this in your Template of wordpress and then Change it accordingly to your image

    Then having the same Div tags replace it with an Image ...

    is that theme provide option to change logo there must be. if there is no oprion u can replace logo File Via FTP with u r own logo

    I simply right-click the logo and see where it's located in the Theme. Then I back-up the old one and upload and overwrite with the new one. Hope this helps.
