How to change url hyperlink to Web Title in comment box?

    hi all

    when i comment in the blog, i would like to put my url,
    www.whiteningteethreview.com,
    it show out my full url address above.

    i have seen other people able to put the web title e.g.
    Teeth Whitening
    but with hyperlink with it, how to do this?
    any1 can help?
