How to I change the title of my site? All it says when you search is 713 Houses-Home.

I would like to change this to make it more seo friendly.

you can set it to have dynamic titles.. this way depending what section you're in which title will show... it'll be something like

    713 Houses-Home
    713 Houses- Rentals
    713 Houses- Sales

if you have sections and subsections it'd be:

    713 Houses - Rentals - Flats
    713 Houses- Rentals - Homes
    713 Houses- Rentals - Studios

you can set this in the backend... go to : Admin>>Site Config>>SEO

and set Dynamic Page Titles to YES

Look for SEO patch in extensions.joomla.org, it will put the article, section etc.. title in front of the website title and make a few more improvements...

    and log in as admin
    2) In the menú go to "Site"
    3) Go to Global Configuration
    4) In "Site Name" put the title you want
    5) Apply and Save (be sure your config.php is writeable)
