Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes then click Add New, then click Upload and select your theme's zip file and press Install Now.

Once it is installed, go back to Themes, and activate new theme.

If a theme does not auto-install, you may need to have your hosting provider disable the security settings. I ran into this problem.

You can try to modify the theme :
    1. Go to page Manage Themes by clicking the menu on the box Appearance Themes.
    2. Manage Themes page appears. Here, the displayed thumbnail images of all the themes that exist on the server.
    3. To apply, you can click on a thumbnail image, the preview appears on page Manage Themes. After that, click on Activate in the top right of the Preview box.
    4. Once activated, the thumbnail of the current theme will be visible at the top (current theme) on page Manage Themes.
    5. Another sign is the change in view when opening a blog article or homepage, it will come up with new faces, the theme is used.
