Dear Friends. I want to customise my blog. I want to give it all to my bloggers. I am not going to setup my adsense acount like all do.\\I just hate google, so I wont use it. Others can and get 100% of that I just want to have a script where I can edit, approve all posts before posting on my site. You are using wordpress or something else ? There are lots and lots of people selling wordpress templates. You can buy from them. Do a Google on " wordpress templates "
I'd recommend you to outsource in that case, it costs about $150 to have it custom designed and have the basic plugins installed for you. If you want more advanced plugin (i.e. adsense after every couple posts...) I think it costed me $10 each new plugins.
