Contact paypal through phone call and let them know of this. They'll ask you to submit some kind of proof related to that IMO so you need to send them for further proceed. DON.
the easyest way to do this is send e-mail to PayPal customer support Click CONTACT US when you are loged in to your PayPal acount, and go to "Resolvind Account Issues" There you can send e-mail or Call PayPal about your issue hope will help you!!!!!!!!
Yeah As above member said direct contact to paypal via email or call because there is no automatic option available to change the name. account holder can't do that itself.
I agree with Algore. The faster way is to close your account and open a new one, this time make sure you put all the right details. Paypal's customer support is not the best out there. I know a lot of people who have had issues with Paypal before and even after contacting Customer Support they never got any help and the issues until now have not been resolved. Probably why they switched to other pay method.
I think you have not any need to change your account name because if your bank account name is vinay kumar singh then you can easily withdrawal the fund in to your account because when you go to withdrawal from paypal there is always option to fill your middle name but You cant change your first or last name only. So your problem is middle name so dont worry about it. you can fill your middle name on the withdrawaling time.
