How to change the login page in wordpress?

    I want to change the login page of wordpress since the default wordpress login page is not perfect for the users.
    I don't know exactly how to do this.
    I also want to give another custom dashboard for the users.
    Can anyone tell me or give me any link which contain those informations?

    There is also a nice whitelabel plugin available on codecanyon. It is pretty cheap but will allow you to brand the admin area including logos, footer links, login pages, backgrounds, etc
