How to Change the limit of Post Excerpts in Blogger Blogs..?

    Hello Friends,

    I own a tech blog http://www.thinkfortech.com/, and on the home page there are lists of posts listed, but the post excerpts are limited to just one line which looks incomplete. Can any one help me to increase the limit of it.

    As far as I know, post excerpt length can be set with the 
    <!-- more -->
    Code (markup):
    tag manually. This is done inside each post. I am unaware of a setting that determines this length globally.
