How to change the layout of the theme?

    I own a website www.binoor.com and jobs.binoor.com

    I am using free themes. I want to change the layout of this theme, kindly tell me which files is needed to be change.
    1. As i want to put adsense before the post which the theme don't have option right now.
    2. want to increase the width of slide show. and other things.
    i will appreciate if you tell me where i can get wordpress theme builder, as i want to create my own wordpress theme.

    many way to change the layout , block , div and CSS, i do not know how answer here ! :D

    You need to change single.php

    Not sure, but there should be a file like slider.php
